At the end of April in 2018, I literally woke up one day and decided I was going to start running. Even my husband was like, “Are you sure? Are you okay? Is something wrong with you?” If you have known me for a long time, you know I used to HATE running. I mean […]
Photo taken at Jack Rabbit Campground When it’s not going well…run. When your grief has so overcome you that you can’t get out of bed…run. When you’d rather sleep all day…run. When things just aren’t going your way…run. When today isn’t your day…run. When you don’t have the energy to smile…run. When you go from […]
Photo: Franklin, NC I absolutely love and look forward to Saturday every week. No work being my favorite thing after working 45+ hours for the past 5 days. I am ready to enjoy and relax! It is the best day to run again because the weather has cooled down, and the leaves are starting to […]

I will post periodically throughout my INSANITY journey to keep myself accountable, and if you’re doing it, too, or you have, I would love to hear from you!
I have to change my ways before things get really bad, so here’s to a healthier lifestyle.
I am going to try and focus on the process, not about how much weight I can lose. Just focus on my Fit Test numbers getting better and making it through Month 1 and then Month 2.
