This one has always been rough for me, but I love the way it makes me feel afterwards. I feel like a bad ass! It is a brutal workout (all of INSANITY’s workouts are!) but this one, to me, is especially brutal.
I am going to get serious about my eat and nutrition. I have been doing a lot better on water intake, so there have been some good things happening and going in the right direction.
I wanted to check in on this one because I want to see if my experience with this workout is any different by the end of month 1.
