My new anthem. I’m getting down to business!
I got my routine blood work back today and found some of my numbers were high, so it has been a wake up call for me. I am 30 and I should be at my prime. I feel like I am 60, honestly. I get out of breath easily, whether moving or talking, and I my eating habits are horrible.
It is time to quit “putting it off til Monday” or “next year” or whenever.
Change has to start today, and I am already one step close by saying “Yes!” to pushing play and DIGGING DEEPER.

I have to change my ways before things get really bad, so here’s to a healthier lifestyle.
I am going to try and focus on the process, not about how much weight I can lose. Just focus on my Fit Test numbers getting better and making it through Month 1 and then Month 2.
